A: Absolutely. We specialize in tailor-made stone solutions for diverse global projects, including luxury villas, premium hotels, and modern apartments. We work closely with clients from concept to completion.

Q: Can you assist with the installation of your stone products?

A: Yes, we provide free online installation guidance. If needed, we can offer on-site technical support and guidance for an additional fee to ensure our products are installed perfectly.

Q: How do you package your products?

A: We use fumigated wooden boxes, foam, plastic film, and secure with plastic tapes on all six sides, with iron sheets applied to the corners. Individual carton packing or customized options are also available.

Q: What shipping marks/methods do you use?

A: We use neutral shipping marks as standard . We offer multiple transportation options, including sea, air, rail, and road freight.

Q: What is your sample policy and lead time?

A: We provide small free samples, typically with a lead time of 1 to 3 days. The courier fee is refunded upon order placement.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For slabs and tiles, the MOQ is usually 10㎡. Other items vary, such as tombstones (1 set) and balusters (1 piece).

Q: How can I assess the quality of your products?

A: Our stone building materials meet the highest industry standards. We provide regular order updates and product pictures for your inspection. QC inspections by customers or third-party agents are welcome.

Q: What is your production capacity?

A: We have sufficient inventory and a strong supply capacity. We offer full monitoring and feedback services, keeping you informed of inventory status and production progress in real-time to ensure timely supply.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: A 30% deposit via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) with the balance before delivery. Other terms can be mutually agreed upon.

Q: What is your production lead time?

A: Approximately 3 weeks for a 20-feet General Purpose (GP) container. Expedited lead times are available upon confirmation.

Q: How about your after-sales service?

A: We offer comprehensive after-sales support, including full monitoring and feedback services extending to project completion.

Q: What is your process for sourcing raw materials?

A: We have substantial experience in domestic and international procurement of stone raw materials. Our team carefully selects the highest quality materials to meet the specific needs of each project.
